STEP1
Please follow the order to start the Weblogic Managed Servers. If you not followed this order and you will see so many exception in the log. For example OIM server shows Keystore was not found and Some Exceptions.
Starting the OIM Server
Go to the Weblogic Domain/bin Directory.
./startManagedWebLogic.sh oim_server1 t3://<hostname>:7001
It will ask the weblogic admin credentials (user name and password) after executing the above command.
You see One kernel error in the log. You can ignore it. First time it takes 10 minutes to start the oim and soa servers.

./startManagedWebLogic.sh soa_server1 t3://<hostname>:7001

DeleteDid you found any errors in the oim_server1.log and oim_server1-diagnostic.log file. Please post the errors and I will look into that.
